  their thing is that they finish it though. They may get viewers with a fake episode next week (like the terrance and philip episode between "eric's mom" episodes), but they finish their plots.

  Yeah, but don't they usually put "to be continued" or "part 2 next need"? I honestly don't know...I just remember a few episodes from past that they have done that.
