Adrenaline rush …. What been some of yours

  • Belly35
Are you an adrenaline rush junkie?
Do you step outside the norm to experience that rush?
What has been your biggest adrenaline rush?

For me my Adrenalin Rush days are over….. 100 plus MPH motor cycle rides, drag racing down Main Street, jumping from airplanes, big hit on the football field, in the zone playing basketball or track, riding wild horses, skiing behind the fast boat I could find, air balloon, few street fights, hoping moving train cars, white water rafting, witnessing the birth of my children, holding 3 A’s and 2 Kings in a $9000.00 pot, walking across (on the top) the Sydney Bridge, sleeping in grave yard in Gettysburg, sailing across Lake Erie and along the coast back in 24” O’Day alone are just a few that I can think back on and off course my first combat fire fight and my last combat mission.
I don’t seek that rush anymore and that is sad …Hell a Blue Jay on the bird feeder is exciting ........I think I’m going to start again I just don’t know what to do….
Still have that goal of killing a deer with my Tomahawk …. Do I have to buy a Tomahawk Deer Liences?

Killing a harmless animal? Come on now, how about killing a Bear with a spatula? Now THAT would provide a rush! :P

I enjoy my weapon and practice for completive pistol matches. Because I know my skill level and the over all advantage I would have over an animal I don’t find hunting to be that much of a challenge. Would I go hunting some day but is it something that I want to do .....
I do not hunt ....for one reason I think it is unfair also.

I have been practicing with a tomahawk for years now to strength my chest and stomach area after cancer surgery, it helped me recover quickly because of the exercise. After reading about primitive hunting methods of different tribes in different area of the world I wonder about the difficulty the earlier hunter had hunt with primitive weapons like a tomahawk. The kill is not the rush but the stocking, craftiness and strategy to get close to the animal for the kill if possible. I feel that would be a fair and equal match. Don’t you think?
BAB we all are hunters still........... track me down a cab ....son :)

Good question, I'm not even sure I've had a really big rush of adrenaline. I guess it would be draining a 15 foot birdie putt to win a crucial conference match my senior year.
