Can A Team Conspire To Get No. 1 Pick?

  Should the NFL be investigating the Cleveburgh Clowns to determine if they are trying to lose games on purpose to get the No. 1 draft pick? Naming Davis over Manzier would indicate they indeed are trying to tank the remainder of the season and Haslam should be removed from his ownership role. This is just the latest in a long line of questinable ethics by the worst franchise in all of pro sports.

  The key to your first sentence was "college" team. Only one of those QB's has a chance of being a QB at the next level.

  I think Manziel's a shit sandwich but, right now, he's way ahead of what Barrett would be on an NFL roster.
  
  Barrett's going to have to go the way of Braxton Miller, and change positions, if he wants to play at the next level. He's a very good "college" QB but won't equate to much at the pro level.
  
  12 Guage is suited to the pro style offense. Big, strong, rocket arm pocket type passer. JT is suited to a gimmick offense.
  
  Now don't get me wrong, JFF isn't an NFL quality QB, in my eyes, but the fact he's been here 2 years gives him an edge on JT.

  C'mon BR...the ONLY reason Manzier has been there two years is bcuz Jimmy Boy ain't gonna admit him forcing Pettine to take the little shit was a mistake. He's got enough shit on him now to try and trade his ass after the season, but nobody is gonna want that load of puss.

  What does that have to do with Manziel vs Barrett as an NFL QB? Manziel was drafted way too high, it looks like, but if someone burns a 1st rounder on Barrett, thinking he's a franchise QB, that's grounds for firing.

  Browns aren't taking a flyer on Jones with the #1 overall pick. If they do, a lot of people are going to be buying '12 guages' and they won't be for hunting.
