The QB has to come this off-season. We can't do a 3rd first year again if somehow Hoyer fails and then we get serious about the QB after next season.

Man, I do have to say that if a team I followed had me so pissed off and up in arms that I was finding myself delegating extended portions of my day to argue about how the ownership and front office absolutely suck and the franchise is in complete disarray...I'd probably come to a realization that following sports really isn't my thing any more and would focus on less emotionally stressful pursuits.
