Let the Victim Help Choose the Punishment

  After being viciously personally attacked topside on another thread it occured to me that if Justin really wants to clean this type of juvenile behavior up he allows the offended party to weigh in on what the punishment should be. Obviously some morons would go completely overboard with suggestions of "Permanant Bans etc..etc" so that is why the mods would have final say-so. This would be an awesome feature and set the OC apart from other boards for sure.
  
  
  But just like the NHL claiming they want to "eliminate fighting" ...the OC powers to be don't have the stones to take a bold step like this to shut down some of the biggest jack-offs on here.
