Big 10 is terrible

Agreed. Honestly, there really isn't any big time players on offense in the league this year.

Braxton Miller is IMO but honestly I do not think our conference is better than the ACC. Indiana, Minnesota and Penn State are bad...NW, Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin in some awkward middle of mediocrity and UM, MSU, Nebraska, OSU and Purdue the class of the conference. No Top 10 teams in that bunch at all folks, maybe not even Top 15

Braxton miller isn't there yet. He needs to develop his passing game. He throws worse than Pryor and that's saying something. His running ability is top notch though.

Do not agree that he throws worse than Pryor, I'd go along with not much better but definitely not worse. He's not elite yet but he has all the tools, just needs more game experience.

I don't know. He'll throw a couple of ok passes and then 2-3 that look like punts. Miller definitely has some great receivers to work with as they've been able to snag or jump-ball him out of some trouble. He really seems to struggle throwing a consistant spiral though. I can't tell if it's small hands, poor release, or just hurrying the pass under pressure. Some of those throws he has made you wouldn't even see out of a jr. high qb.

I dont think we have "great" receivers. We have athletic, and inconsistent WRs capable of making great plays.

He's a much better passer than Pryor ever was or will be. I mean, what the hell?

Reps. No way Miller throws worse than Pryor. Anyone who has watched the Buckeyes over the last 5 yrs can tell you this.

I think I have to disagree with you all. Pryor was drafted as a QB, so he can't be that bad. I dont see any hope for Braxton being drafted and actually taking reps as a QB in the NFL. Much like Denard.

Pryor will never play QB in the NFL. Braxton might not either, but Braxton will get drafted by somebody and you can take that to the bank.

We will have to see. He looked pretty good in the preseason, and the Raiders suck, so I wouldnt be surprised if he got a chance this year. I think Braxton will be drafted, he will just have to improve a lot if he wants to be drafted as a QB.

One would wonder. Miller, like Pryor, is inconsistent, but I felt even as a true frosh he threw the ball better than Pryor ever did. I'm taking everything into account regarding the position....going through the progressions, footwork, delivery, etc.

TP was the definition of 'raw', Miller came in more polished.

Actually, he is, with the Oakland Raiders. Now, if you're saying that he'll never be a starter in the NFL, then I tend to agree with you.

How many completions has he made in the NFL so far?
  • Automatik
By the way the Raiders have looked these past two weeks I'm sure Pryor will get his shot.

Your statement was that he'd "never play qb in the NFL", and I responded to that statement...that is all.

He was drafted in the supplemental draft, and if it wasn't for the Raiders, he wouldn't have been drafted at all.

You realize the Raiders had to give up that same draft spot in the following regular draft right?

I know he was drafted in the supplemental draft, what's your point?

Do you have a link saying no other team was interested in him?

He hasn't played in one regular season game at QB ever.

Yes, what I'm saying is Al Davis is the only person in the league that would've drafted him. He wouldn't have been drafted if it wasn't for that old retard.
  • Automatik
He would have gotten picked up for sure, but much later than what the Raiders gave up....a 3rd rounder.
  • Speedofsand
I heard the B1G is so terrible, that DISH quit showing the games.

Right. Just like the Browns are going 10-6.
