I like watching this show. Sadly, if you google or facebook the places, about 80% of the bars on there also revert to their old menu and name after about 3 months too. Most of these places are just in it for publicity and a free remodel, and then proceed to finish off running their place out of business. They enjoy deflecting the fact that they're incompetent and trying to turn it into how they were set up to look bad by the asshole host (which is probably somewhat true, but their inability to run a business is at least 90% of the problem).
These shows like this and Restaurant Impossible must make enough on selling ads to keep throwing money at the stubborn assholes that ignore all of the expert advice, because these networks flush a lot of money down the toilet as these retarded business owners ignore everything they're given/told.
This bar seemed like they may actually stick with it. The host knows his shit and generally brings good statistics to back up his decisions.
