    Should I make this trade?

    My team:
    QB Kirk Cousins
    WR Antonio Brown
    WR Jordy Nelson
    RB Jonathan Stewart
    RB Matt Jones
    Flex Alshon Jeffery
    TE Greg Olsen

    Bench:
    TJ Yeldon
    Stefon Diggs
    Theo Riddick
    Isaiah Crowell
    Joe Flacco
    Corey coleman
    James Starks
    Dak Prescott
    Clive Walford

I was offered Russell Wilson and Richard Rodgers for Greg Olsen and Theo Riddick.

    I should do that, right?

Too early for trades. Stay the course. You need the depth at RB. Matt Jones looked horrible last night and J Stew has such limited upside. You should be starting Riddick.

EDIT: I'm in 4 leagues and went 1-4 this week so maybe do the opposite of what I say.
  • Iliketurtles
I wouldn't do that trade. I agree with TBone though I would be starting Riddick.
  • friendfromlowry
Thought for sure I was going to get raped this week. I'm kind of treading water these first few weeks until Brady/Gordon return. I lost Gronk on top of that and Keenan Allen went down. Still won by a few points.
  • SportsAndLady
I'll hold off. Hopefully cousins pulls his head out of his ass soon.

In a league where less than roughly 200 players are owned, I generally never do 2 for 1 deals unless I'm getting the 1. It's really a 2 for 2 with your 2nd guy being a free agent add. When you add the 1 plus the FA player, the team getting the one player almost always wins.

Stream Flacco and Cousins all year on match-up. You don't need much more.

I'm acquiring Winston anywhere I can. Week 14-16 schedule? Saints, Cowboys, Saints...
  • Azubuike24
    Week 1 sell highs?

Melvin Gordon. Out-snapped by Woodhead 50-29. A fluke, IMO.
Willie Snead. Hard to deal a Saint, but Thomas, Fleener and Ingram can cut into those stats.
Theo Riddick. Way too many options, he isn't a TD guy and he lucked into 2.
Carson Palmer. This guy is lingering on the Peyton Manning 2015 decline potential.
DeMarco Murray. 2 receiving TD's? A team might buy him as an RB1.
Andrew Luck. With their schedule and line, is this guy going to last all year?

    Week 1 buy-lows?

Gary Barnidge. With McCown, his stock flies up.
Latavius Murray. The carry share and match-ups really favor him, other guys stole TD's from him.
Josh Doctson. Might even be on waivers, if the Skins D is as bad as they showed, Doctson could be a legit WR2 by the end of the year. Garcon stinks, D-Jax and Crowder always hurt.
Brandon Marshall. He's a Rusty QB, a bad drop and an offensive pass interference from having a 15-point PPR game.
Demaryius Thomas. Another guy I'm collecting, legit WR1 once Siemian is replaced by Lynch.
John Brown. Some might just be done with him, but he and Willie are 2 guys that either could have the impact of Antonio Brown.
Randall Cobb. Look at GB's upcoming schedule and wow.

I completely disagree with Snead and Riddick. Riddick has been doing this since last year he is just like Woodhead only the Lions have better receivers. I still trust him to be a #2 RB in PPR and a flex play in standard. As for Snead I've tried to draft him all year (althought somehow I don't have him in any of my MFL10's) Sure Thomas/Fleener can cut into his stats but I don't see it happening too often. I'm not buying Ingram beyond last year he was never really a receiving threat. Snead is the clear cut #2 in NO and Brees loves looking his way. I also disagree about Luck. That Colts defense is bad and he will get a ton of points from them having to throw a lot also Frank Gore is old.

As for your buy-lows I don't know if Siemian will be replaced no way I'm going after DT. Doctson meh I don't really care about him I wouldn't trade anything for him. As for John Brown if Carson Palmer starts to suck then his stock completely falls off. I'm not buying him anyway he is the #4 option on that team.

Just saw your other post. I agree about Winston there was a league I waited too long to take a QB and 3 backups got taken before I picked mine. I still got Winston and I'm not regretting. I also thought VJax would come back to life this year though...

Well, buy low and sell high are obviously very subjective. But if you could flip someone like Snead and a mid-tier WR2 for Allen Robinson or something, do it all day. I'm a huge Snead fan (as I said, he and J. Brown were compared to A. Brown in their production during first full season), but the Saints won't always be producing like that on the road and in tougher match-ups. I'd much rather roll out a more consistently targeted WR if I could swing a deal.

As for Luck, it's simply about injury concern. I'm not sure he stays healthy all year. He will be lucky to make it through Denver this weekend. If he does, I agree, he probably leads the league in passing attempts.

Riddick? Yes, in PPR, he's a solid floor guy, but I'd much rather take a solid floor PPR guy like Sims, Yeldon or Bernard who would get legit full-time duties if the starter got hurt. Riddick is in the Duke Johnson and Chris Thompson category, a really good specialist. The kind of guy you like as your 3 or 4, but if I can flip a guy like Riddick and Snead for LeSean McCoy or C.J. Anderson, I'd probably do it.

I had a choice of mariota or Winston late in my draft and took mariota. Kinda kicking myself on that one.
  • jmog
My team, 12 team league, ppr (odd TE rules, so 2 TEs are a benefit to start...just trust me on that).

QB-Brady (Mariotta until he is playing)
    RB-David Johnson
    RB-Adrian Peterson
    WR-Mike Evans
    TE-A. Gates
    TE-D. Allen
    D-Arizona

    Bench
    Mariotta
    CJ2K (hand cuff)
    James White
    Fitzgerald
    J. Brown
    E. Sanders
    D. Funchess
    Jesse James

My question is, with Fitzgerald having a good week and me realizing I had WAY too many guys on one team (Cardinals...I just drafted best available the whole draft), do I shop Fitzgerald or Brown to drop a Cardinal?

I was hoping to combine Fitzgerald and a TE for a better TE maybe (Our TEs get 1 pt/5 yards and 10 pt TDs...)

I started Riddick when they announced Rawls would be limited, now I'm thinking of dumping him.

My one friend is dangling AP out there I may go for it. Need to package something.

Why would your friend dangle AP in a sell low situation?
  • Automatik
He's out of his mind regarding fantasy. He'll entertain anything.
  • SportsAndLady
Do I start Andrew Luck @ Denver, or Marcus Mariota @ Detroit
  • Azubuike24
    Flacco against Cleveland over both?

Definitely don't dump Rawls. His first action Sunday was like a second pre-season game for him. The fact he got 12 carries speaks volumes about how badly they want him as a regular starter. Michael is going to hamper his value a bit, but no way I would consider dropping Rawls.

I also think it's a gamble to buy Peterson. He's been trending backwards for a while, and his yards after contact are continually lower. He used to be a rock solid, consistent back, but now he's becoming more of a stiff who hits the occasional home run if he wants to have a top 5 week.

What kind of price is he asking for AP?

I don't have flacco in that league.

I took that away lol...is he available?

    Negative
  • Azubuike24
Haha, tough spot. Probably Mariota and just hope the Lions get ahead and he continues his passing volume. He threw it a ton last week (the Titans were the highest on the above-expected passing volume) and I can see them wanting to slow this one down.
  • iclfan2
Would you trade Rashad Jennings for Tom Brady? I currently have Flacco as QB (I had Taylor but f him). My RB's are AP, Charles/ Ware, and Latavius Murray. Standard scoring, 2 rb, 2wr, flex. I'm torn.

    12 team, PPR league.

Ertz is hurt and I need a TE.

Whom of my backups do you think I should drop?

Steamin' Willie Snead, D. Henry, Pryor, A. Morris, T. Coleman

Lot of Browns fan in this league, if I cut Pryor, he'll def be picked up. I'll hang up and listen.

Pryor or Morris. Pryor has even less value when Gordon comes back.

    Start/Sit Week 2. PPR league

Steve Smith, Sr. vs the Browns
    Will Fuller vs the Chiefs

Is Fuller the real deal after a week or do we wait to see if he is consistently getting 11 targets? SSS led the Ravens with 9 targets...didn't do much with them but if he gets those same targets vs the Browns...he could have a huge day. Everybody loves Flacco this week...that means he has to have some WRs do well.

What am I missing here? Of course you should trade Jennings for Tom Brady
