Sit or Start Week 9

I literally have a team that is a mess, in a good way. 10-team PPR, QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, TE, Super FLEX. I have...

    QB Tom Brady
    WR Julio Jones
    WR Mike Evans
    WR Michael Crabtree
    RB Todd Gurley
    RB Danny Woodhead
    TE Jason Witten
    SFLEX Aaron Rodgers

    Delanie Walker
    Giovani Bernard
    LeGarrette Blount
    Brandin Cooks
    Brandon LaFell
    Jeremy Langford

I'm pretty sure I could field 2 teams, but I'm having a hell of a time deciding who to start. I could make arguments for any of the 3 RB's on the bench over Woodhead, Walker over Witten and either LaFell or Cooks over Crabtree.

    Thoughts?

Is it a 5 team league?

I'd probably go with Blount over Woodhead.

    Who to go with?
I have to make this call:

    1 RB position open
    1 WR position open
    1 WR/RB position open

Four Players 4 positions to fill

    My options are:

    RB Dion Lewis 13.70
    Mark Ingram 12.20

    WR Allen Hurns 12.30
    Stefon Diggs 13.30

This team is loaded. I like Walker more than Witten this week. With Wright out and Mariota back, should mean extra targets for Walker who has been very consistent. Gotta throw Woody back out there again. Oliver to IR. Allen out for year. Gates and Green both banged up. Should mean a good bit of Woody this week.

    Diggs or Hurns .....

10-team league. Honestly, I got Gurley and Brady late and they panned out. It's a FAAB bidding league...and added Blount, Walker, Langford and Gio on waivers throughout the last few weeks (I'm at 0 now). I dealt Gore/Hauschka for LaFell/Cooks/McManus before last week, to a guy who needed RB bad.

Problem now is I got no idea who to start...

It's a super competitive league too. I'm 5-3...2nd place...10th place is 2-6. Lots of teams bunched together.
  • Azubuike24
Crazy. One says Blount. Another says Woodhead. I'm thinking Langford.

Tough call this week for me at QB, Big Ben or Dalton?
  • Laley23
Is Forte even ruled out yet? Being a MNF game, that's risky if he isn't for sure out.
  • Azubuike24
Not technically but I don't see Forte playing again this year...let alone Monday. What incentive do the Bears have to bring him back when they essentially get a half season look at the guy they want to be the starter in 2016 anyway? Also, Forte is a free agent and the Bears aren't contending...not sure he would risk anything with something like an MCL sprain...
  • Azubuike24
That better be the case though because I've got Langford in 6 lineups, including a few over Frank Gore and Allen Robinson.

Thinking about benching Luck in favor of Carr today...

Someone talk me out of it...

Could work out. He's about to throw 2 TDs to Cooper today.

Local radio guy has Luck 11 and Carr 12.

Luck hasn't seen an animal like Denver. Hilton is out. His last few games, fantasy-wise, have been late scrambles to throw every down and rack up points. You might have thought Rodgers would do the same vs Denver, but Denver was able to get the ball and bleed the clock with their run game, negating any extra time for the offense to rack up points. I don't like Luck at all unless the game sets up where they can pile up late stats. If it's a game where they get buried, they might just pack it in and that sucks for fantasy. Win or lose, Indianapolis is stuck at the 4th seed for the rest of the season and essentially are a home win over Houston away from clinching that division. None of these other games matter to them at all. Houston's schedule isn't easy either so it's not like the Colts need to worry about falling behind in that division.

    I'd star Carr :)
  • wildcats20
Yeah I'm going with Carr. The matchup with Denver really worries me.
  • SportsAndLady
Def Carr. I'm not starting anyone against Denver's D.
