Start/Sit Week 2 Thread

jmogI have to start 2 of these...
Eddie Lacy vs SEA
Justin Forsett @ OAK
Mark Ingram vs TB
Chris Ivory @ IND
PPR league.
Lacy and Forsett were the two early draftees, but most rankings for week 2 have Ingram and Ivory actually rated above both of them. I could see sitting Forsett, but would really have a hard time sitting my 1st round pick in Lacy. -

Lacy is a must start every week. You drafted him in the first round! Spiller is supposed to be back this week so he should eat up some of Ingrams work...especially in the passing game.jmog;1750955 wrote:I have to start 2 of these...

Forsett gets a nice matchup vs the Raiders.
I go with your studs and don't over-think it. Lacy and Forsett. Who knows if Ingram and Ivory are sustainable? -
IliketurtlesLacy and Ingram.
I think Ingram and Ivory if healthy will be really good week in and week out. -
hasbeenLacy, because you have to. I choose Ivory #2.

This is a great problem to have.jmog;1750955 wrote:I have to start 2 of these...
Eddie Lacy vs SEA He's a stud so he's hard to bench.
Justin Forsett @ OAK Baltimore is going to have a good offensive day and on offense they have Forsett and Smith Sr. Touches
Mark Ingram vs TB NO is going to have a better offensive day, the question becomes how much of that will be running with Ingram. He caught 8 receptions last week, but if Spiller is active, Ingram lessens his pass route role.
Chris Ivory @ IND He's going to get his 20 touches. That's valuable having a guy who you know will be utilized.

I agree, good problem to have but still not sure on RB2.hasbeen;1751128 wrote:This is a great problem to have. -
Raw Dawgin' itStevie Johnson, Maclin, or A. Cooper. PPR league. Leaning Cooper. Thoughts?

Probably Stevie or Maclin. Not a fan of Maclin this week but that's because my league is standard not PPR; he should still catch some passes against a stingy Denver defense.Raw Dawgin' it;1751161 wrote:Stevie Johnson, Maclin, or A. Cooper. PPR league. Leaning Cooper. Thoughts?
Staying away from Cooper this week. He'll be on Davis island, most recently occupied by Sammy Watkins. -

I'm with lhs... and I'd lean towards Maclin just cause he is the #1.lhslep134;1751163 wrote:Probably Stevie or Maclin. Not a fan of Maclin this week but that's because my league is standard not PPR; he should still catch some passes against a stingy Denver defense.

Wait my bad, I don't know why I thought it was Colts-Raiders it's Ravens-Raiders. Cooper definitely more playable, but I would be wary if Carr isn't starting so I would hold off on thinking about putting Cooper in until we know more.Raw Dawgin' it;1751164 wrote:Thanks. -
Azubuike24I've got so many decisions with the combos of Cooper, Agholor, Charles Johnson, Allen Robinson and then I own David Johnson in about 7 leagues.
I'm sold on Jeremy Maclin and John Brown. Maybe not every single week to dominate, but I'm comfortable starting them every week until proven otherwise. -
TBone14PPR- Separate Leagues.
1. PPR. Pick 2. D'Angelo Williams, Dan Woodhead and Jon Stewart.
2. PPR. All TDS Worth 4. Jon Stewart or Tevin Coleman.
Leaning Williams/Woodhead and Stew over Coleman.
Thoughts?

Azubuike24Woodhead and Williams.
Stewart. Unfortunately Coleman gets spelled in almost all passing situations for now. -

I hate all three. I really hate Cooper this week.Raw Dawgin' it;1751161 wrote:Stevie Johnson, Maclin, or A. Cooper. PPR league. Leaning Cooper. Thoughts?
Love Agholor this week. On the field a ton. Ran a ton of routes. Will equal catches soon.Azubuike24;1751227 wrote:I've got so many decisions with the combos of Cooper, Agholor, Charles Johnson, Allen Robinson and then I own David Johnson in about 7 leagues.

Azubuike24Took a major risk in my $100 league. Traded Charles, Evans and Spiller for Gronk and Charles Johnson (already had C.J. Anderson and Jeremy Hill). We get 1 point per 15 yards returning, so I picked up Tyler Lockett. 10-team PPR, Charles Johnson, Agholor, Ryan Mathews or Lockett in the flex? I'm leaning Lockett only because I don't think he's even scratched his surface receiving, and return yards alone he's guaranteed to get some touches.

For this week? I like Agholor. I like Johnson in the long run. Lockett just needs to prove it.Azubuike24;1751355 wrote:Took a major risk in my $100 league. Belly35Qb M Stafford M Mariota
TE. Z Ertz. K Rudolph
def. GB. Jets
you make the call who would you start? -
Azubuike24Stafford vs MIN (I think Mariota is due for a week 2 reality check)
Ertz vs DAL (Ertz looked better than expected on MNF, much higher point upside)
Packers vs SEA (without the return TD and pick 6, Seattle's offense didn't do much vs STL) -

I had to pick up a qb last week my back up McCown ..we know what happen and will continue to happen. I only pick up Mariota in the hope he will continue that level .. I'll give him another 2 week to prove himself again...Azubuike24;1751433 wrote:Stafford vs MIN (I think Mariota is due for a week 2 reality check)

Stafford and Ertz are my picks also
now defensive team. You say GB but ILT goes jets.....
Im going with guy feel GB
thank guys i will sleep better now. -
Azubuike24Jets are a better D, but Indianapolis, after being terrible on the road, come back home on MNF. The situation, IMO, favors GB a lot more, especially considering they really owe Seattle from last year.
