  10 guys that travel for a living. Doesn't give you many opportunities to have everyone in town who can meet to draft.

  If your league has a need for in person drafts this is sometimes the only way to do it. I'm basically out from 8/3 through 9/13 on business, so i'm doing several drafts over conference calls.
