12 team PPR, .5 for catch, .25 for completion. 25 passing yards = 1 pt, 10 rushing yards = 1 pt and 10 receiving yards = 1 pt. 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 Flex, 1 QB, K, TE and DEF. I picked last in a snake style draft.

No backup QB because I hopefully won't need one until week 9 but there are 5 other teams on a bye that week(Palmer, both Manning's, Cam, and Kaepernick). By that time I should be set on starters for the rest of the season.
