  12-team Yahoo league, standard scoring, w/ individual defensive players
  I had the 8th pick. My internet went out during the 7th pick of the 1st round and came back in the 4th pick of the 3rd round in time for my pick. I was furious, but I got RB in each of the first 2 rounds which is what I wanted.

  For a 12 team league that is not bad at all.
  
  You have zero RB depth but your starters are really good for a 12 teamer.
  
  You have ok starting WRs and ok WR depth.
  
  I think you should look for a 3rd RB, your flex right now is a backup RB in a RBBC, I would even consider trading anyone off your bench and maybe a WR to get a 3rd RB. Typically WRs that no one has heard of or drafted will pop up early in the season that you can get another WR off WW.
  
  I think a 3rd good RB is your most important need.
  
  I believe your IDPs are pretty good, since typical Yahoo leagues are heavy on tackles for IDP scoring getting Willis and Weddle are very good IDPs, that is using your head instead of getting the flashy player like Revis, Asomugha, etc.
  
  Again, I think your starting crew is good, your only starting position that needs help is flex, I would try to trade for a 3rd good/starting RB. Most people this season are not that high on Felix Jones and they probably should be, he's in a top offense and Marion Barber is gone, you might be able to trade for him cheap.

  Thanks for your thoughts. I was interested in Felix Jones and a few other low-name, high-potential RB's this year, but with 12 teams it takes FOREVER between picks and they drop out while you have your cursor on them. Haha! I'll see if I can get a trade for another RB. Crap, I just looked, and the smartest person in the league (manager) has Felix Jones as his #2 RB. No way he's giving him up w/o receiving something good in return.

  I know I have 3 bench WR's and 1 bench RB, but I have 3 very solid RB's starting in RB/flex and wanted to have the freedom at WR. I will look to pick up another RB off waivers and drop Bess (if I find one worth picking up). I liked Bess last year at times, and I think he's going to have a good year soon... just not sure when.
  
  Available RB's on waivers are: (I'm assuming Bess is the player I drop)
  C.J. Spiller (Buf) - I don't want any Buffalo RB's. Bad situation there.
  Darren Sproles (NO) - A 3rd string RB on a team that passes every down and shares the ball?
  Thomas Jones (KC) - I have him in my other league. Who knows...
  Ben Tate (Hou) - Where on depth chart is he? What if Foster is not healthy?
  Delone Carter (Ind) - Thoughts? I know many boards had him fantasy draft material.
  Marion Barber (Chi) - Not sure where he fits in with Forte and that unorthodox offense.
  Ronnie Brown (Phi) - New scenery, but behind LeSean McCoy, who I have.
  Jason Snelling (Atl) - Had a few big games last year spelling Turner, but I see no consistency.
  Kendall Hunter (SF) - ??
  Montario Hardesty (Cle) - I have seen 1/2 a preseason game. Thoughts on him?
  Ryan Torain (Was) - Interesting pick-up by many last year. This year?
