So he posts a couple of links that show a handful of disgusting idiots that should be beaten with sticks in an attempt to paint those opposed to the federal legislation as heartless thugs. Then insinuates that some of those that posted on this thread are like these jackasses instead of providing an intellegent opinion in opposition to those he disagrees.
First of all you don't know how I feel about this bill so you can't assume that I'm "in opposition to those..." with whom I disagree! For full disclosure, I'm not fully satisfied with this bill and feel that it may have been pushed through to fast. I don't like the idea that my premiums may actually go up; although in my current position a slight increase wouldn't be to bad (my current insurance is dirt cheap - $25/month - single), but what will it be if I decided to go somewhere else? But I also know that this current bill (well i guess technically it's law now) well be completely different in a few months than it is now.

What irritates the hell out of me is how the true colors of a certain portion of our population seem to come out when they don't get their way and not enough within their group either say or do enough to curb the actions of those. To say its only a handful is a stretch...

"I heard people saying things today that I have not heard since March 15, 1960, when I was marching to try to get off the back of the bus," Clyburn told reporters.

Several lawmakers said they heard racial slurs and at one point someone yelled a gay slur toward Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass, CBS Radio News reports.

The slashed gas line leading to a propane tank at the home of Bo Perriello was found Tuesday, one day after Tea Party activists posted the address online and suggested that opponents of the reform bill should "express their thanks" to Rep. Tom Perriello, D-Va.
The FBI is working with local officials to investigate the incident.

Conservative activists in Virginia posted the home address of Perriello's older brother — believing it to be the congressman's address — when suggesting in Web postings that those who disagreed with the Democratic lawmaker's vote should "drop by" to make their opposition clear.

Can we assume that this also includes the supporters of Obamacare who were regularly beating the shit out of peaceful town hall protesters last summer?

I said it on another thread, but it warrants mention here as well. The only documented acts of physical violence during this entire process have been solely committed by supporters of Obamacare.

But, as was pointed out by the esteemed Madame Speaker on several occasions...they were just a bunch of Brown Shirts, so I guess that's okay.

Where was the outrage when racial slurs were openly used agaisnt Condi Rice and Colin Powell in the previous administration? The comic below was actually in a US Newspaper. There were many other like it and other openly racist comments made on a regular basis:
