Also, are you trying to say that straight people don't have homosexual interactions while in prison? You might want to check the facts. -

Lol, seriously. I didn't really look at the website, I looked at, you know, the Ben Carson quotes.Automatik;1803884 wrote:The lone Ben Carson supporter reveals himself. -

Guess you can't vote for Hillary either?

It was open up to any intern, which is rare these days considering how divided our country is. God forbid interns who don't agree with the other side actually show up and listen to contrasting views. How is it Ryan's fault that more black interns at a bipartisan event didn't show up?Commander of Awesome;1803879 wrote:I've read a few articles about this, and from what I can gather most of the interns in that photo are republicans. Might be a few non republicans, but majority are republican. I think it just shows the lack diversity within the republican party. Sounds like you don't think of that as an issue.
I'll add that diversity in congress itself isn't great, on both sides. I think QQing about interns shouldn't be the first soapbox people step on.
At the end of the day it is nothing more than a non story to rile up voters who aren't smart enough to vote on real issues. A tactic that trump uses on rednecks and a tactic the dems have mastered and won many presidential elections with (see: divide and conquer). I am not shocked at all a democrat representative would try to exploit this. -
iclfan2The speeches were a lot better tonight.

You are not dealing with a logical person when he calls someone "delusional" for just saying Hillary is so bad Trump "may" beat her. Yes she is that bad. No one I repeat no one can defend her lies. Yes her lying is that bad. No one wants to consider that the democrats fucked up as bad in nominating Hillary as the republicans did in nominating Trump. Any other of the democrat candidates would have run away with this including Bernie. Just like the republicans. The good thing in all this is Bernie's sell out has crushed his movement.jmog;1803854 wrote:FBI in her back pocket is a stretch, but come on Zwick, even a blinded lib like yourself can't feel like Bill's "chance" meeting with Lynch, alone, on her plane had NOTHING to do with Hillary facing no charges...it was really about their grandchildren?
You can't believe that, no logical person on the planet believes that.
As for the FBI its obvious there was political influence involved. Comey left it to the people. He publically exposed her lies. The FBI is not in Hillary's back pocket. Maybe he is just in the side pocket. -

Regardless of what happens with Donald Sr......Ivanka and Donald Jr. look to become our generations Kennedy's. Although it was a bit unsettling watching both of them orgasm to adulant crowds. They both seem like good people, but when you talk about a "rush" from perceived power it is scary. -
CenterBHSFanMeanwhile, another industrial plant closes in Ohio: http://wtov9.com/news/local/mayflower-plant-announced-it-will-close-by-next-july
This is the plant that was featured in the movie Gung Ho, if anybody remembers that movie.
There goes almost 200 jobs, taxes, spending, etc.
I wonder which candidate running for POTUS will be best able to slow the rate of job death (in particular, industry) in this country if elected. -

I thought Republicans wanted to put more on the state, but you want the president who will fix state issues?CenterBHSFan;1803912 wrote:Meanwhile, another industrial plant closes in Ohio: http://wtov9.com/news/local/mayflower-plant-announced-it-will-close-by-next-july

This is the problem with this country. Too many people are voting for the party beliefs instead of the actual candidate. I highly doubt trump cares that much about the republican party's beliefs. I want some one who cares about the actual country and our problems and will come up with solutions to try and fix them whether it fails or not at least fucking try. Do I believe Hillary will do that? Fuck no. Do I believe trump will? Well I believe he will actually try. You can tell he's just a guy that cares about his country. He could fail terribly or be great but at least its someone who isn't in it for themselves or for doners. This country needs try something different and I'm willing to roll the dice with trump bc at least there a chance shit could change.ZWICK 4 PREZ;1803913 wrote:I wonder too.... oh yeah.. absolutely fucking zero of them lol. You're lying to yourself. Trump doesn't give a shit about "making America great again". Trump cares about the Trump brand and what this is doing for it. That's why he wants his vice to handle domestic and foreign policy.. b/c he just wants to be a figure head. He wants the prestige of being president without the work that goes with it. Please quit lying to yourself. He doesn't give a shit more than anyone else. He's in it for himself like everyone else.Crimson streak;1803914 wrote:This is the problem with this country. So surrounding yourself with people that might have more knowledge about foreign policy and better plans is a bad thing? Id consider it a good thing. But if you want to believe that he doesn't care about this country that's your opinion. I just believe otherwise.ZWICK 4 PREZ;1803915 wrote:You're lying to yourself. its ALL policy.. not foreign policy. The man is as inept as you can be. He even knows this. That's why he spews rhetoric and no policy. He has none. He knows he has none. Everyone but his supporters knows he has none. That's why hes offering VP's the chance to be the most powerful VP in history. B/c he doesn't give a shit about running a country. He wants the brand image.Crimson streak;1803916 wrote:So surrounding yourself with people that might have more knowledge about foreign policy and better plans is a bad thing? bases_loadedGreat speech last night. I'd be interested in hearing opinions of those who didn't already have their minds made up after the speech. It's amazing how the media guides stories in this country. And by amazing I mean sickening. The racist, sexist, bigot has done more for women and minorities than any politician and they have the paystubs to prove it.

Crimson streakYou really think a guy that is that successful, who works with foreign leaders and leaders here in the U.S. Has zero policies? Come on now. He's spews shit bc it works and drives up polls and votes.

bases_loadedIf given the choice between two people to lead this country, I will choose the one that will inspire me to be great rather than the one that is going to tell me how they are going to make me great. Last night wasn't for laying out his plan, it was for invigorating the base and bringing the undecideds on board. He wasn't going to lay his plan out the week before the DNC so they can use them as talking points. Last nights message took me from Gary Johnson to Donald Trump.

It's a common talking point, but IMO it applies pretty equally to all candidates who are intentionally as vague as they can get away with. Romney was hammered on this, particularly his cutting the corporate rates and closing loopholes, despite having a more developed economic policy than Obama. Fast forward after the election and Obama proposes nearly an identical policy - and 3+ years later NOTHING has been done or formally proposed (that I'm aware of). -

So basically Trump and Hillary would agree you are not great. Trump wants to shout encouraging words to you, while Hillary wants to tell you it's not your fault and write you a check.bases_loaded;1803959 wrote:I'm already great.

SportsAndLadyIt's certainly okay to be against Trump. It's certainly okay to be against Hillary.
What I can't fucking stand is when someone is against Trump and then is COMPLETELY FOR Hillary and vice versa. They're all the fucking same. It's politics. If you can't stand Hillary that's fine, but don't shit on Hillary and then be like now Donald trump on the other hand now that is someone who will do great and isn't manipulated by billionaires and will make this country great again!
They all suck. Their politicians.
