  And, in case you did not notice, after I made my initial point that I did not think it was a good source and that I would be dismissed if I provided a similar ideological source, I attacked the arguments made in the article in the subsequent points.
  
  I argued that the author's opinion on how markets work in healthcare are suspect based on evidence from Nobel Prize winning article by a neoclassical economist. I also questioned some of the facts presented in the article to justify his position.
  
  Considering how much you attack me personally (rather than my arguments) perhaps we will take it as a concession from your quote in this thread that the facts are often against you when debating with me. :thumbup:

You must've missed the fallacy because even if what you say is true and I'm "not a source" (which is logically not true because the person making an argument is a source) you're conveniently forgetting that my point was that you regularly dismiss sources and evidence that are just as valid, if not moreso, than the source provided by the OP. Not only do you attack me personally (as you do again in this post) you attack the sources I provide. In fact, you've dismissed Kenneth Arrow in the past as some left wing source that agrees with my worldview and that is simply not true...refusing to engage in constructive debate. You regularly attack sources that are not me but that I use as evidence for my arguments, rather than the arguments themselves. In fact you rarely ever engage in constructive debate here so I wonder why you even post on this forum.

How do you know who is and isn't an expert at anything on this forum...it is an anonymous internet forum. Surely you see that you yourself are engaging the very fallacy you accuse me of by just dismissing poster's arguments because they are not "experts" in your opinion and refusing to engage in constructive debate over the arguments made. A "non-expert" is just as worthy of having his arguments engaged on the merits as an expert. And, like I said, when I provide evidence from people who are experts...you just dismiss those as well...doing the same thing you accuse me of doing.

Rather, you do things like claim that I "do not have the bona fides" and am not worthy of respectful discourse. Very Constructive. Maybe one day I'll be cool enough to troll posters I don't like with constant attacks on his person on an internet forum. :thumbup:
