In much the same manner BHO emerged because "he wasn't Bush" I suppose.

At any rate whether we end up with 4 more years of Obama or 4 years under the "he isn't Obama" candidate rest assured Ron Paul or whomever the Libertarians rally around will not be the next POTUS.

Since I am a Reagan conservative I'm likely to vote Republican; not because I'm fearful of "wasting my vote" by voting Libertarian but because that candidate is not BHO. Clear as mud?

    And the beat goes on!

Biden is a huge black hole in 2012. He will get torn apart.

Obama will tote how he saved the economy from collapse and the sheeple will believe it.

Let's be honest, there aren't a lot of people who are educated on his cabinet or his overall policies. People like talking points and rhetoric. Action comes in second place.

I like Biden. He is doing what a VP is supposed to do.

It wasn't just libertarians who rallied around Paul. It was Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Constitutionalists, etc. Pretty much everyone rallied around the Ron Paul campaign. There was a reason he raised nearly 4 million in less than 24 hours.

I agree Paul will not be the next President because the best candidates aren't elected .

I will wait to see who the republican nominee is before I decide whether to go 3rd party.
