So only whores give blow jobs. Gotcha.

Still waiting for you to answer my question....

That's all we need. All the women on the front lines getting their cycles sync'ed.

I say as long as they go through the same training and have the same standards as men, then sure. Go ahead.

Hey, that might just make them better warriors for the time being. ;)

I already answered your silly question...see above response where I referenced Martina. Now it's your turn...care to comment on the following?

"Menstrual cycles, blowjobs in the fox holes, pregnancies galore, emotional ties, men programmed to protect women".

Ummm, no, you didn't answer my question. That doesn't even come close to answering what I asked.

And whats there to comment on? What question did you ask?

Try having a discussion without trying to be an asshole for a change, could ya? Think thats possible?

Have you ever read anything from footie before? If so you would know that is not possible.

Ha ha. But this discussion is about women in those foxholes. This blow jobs in foxholes might be a great tool for recruiters in getting more young men to sign up.

Women handle their menstrual cycles and do virtually anything else. Why does having a menstrual cycle keep them from being able to be a soldier?
Footwedge;1376301 wrote:blowjobs in the fox holes
You sound like the people who were against repealing DADT. As if letting openly gay men in the military was going to cause some huge influx in gay sex taking place in the military.
    Footwedge;1376301 wrote:pregnancies galore
Dishonorable discharge. Again, though, why do you assume women would suddenly be overcome with a desire to have unprotected sex? You saying that the most disciplined people in America couldn't have the discipline to keep from getting pregnant ... galore?
    Footwedge;1376301 wrote:emotional ties
As much nurture as nature. A woman can have every bit of the emotional strength of a man.
Footwedge;1376301 wrote:men programmed to protect women
Civilians can be trained to kill without hesitation or prejudice. You don't think they are trained to follow orders beyond a cultural construct?

All of these reasons are left grossly wanting. They're naive at best. Sexist at worst.

Perhaps. At the very least, some disciplinary action.

Let's for the sake of this discussion imagine....this line...and below....worse case scenarios. After all, to be a good soldier one has be able to perform at 100% during these worse case scenarios. It's pretty well documented that women do NOT feel as good as they normally do during their period. The hormones have kicked in and physiology has taken over. Raggin it is more than an expression. At the office, not that big of a deal. In the line of fire, I do not want my foxhole partner to be feeling like shit...mentally or physically. Give me the best chance to win...not anything less. We're not talking about a crappy company memo written at the office here. We are talking about life or death.

You sound like the people who were against repealing DADT. As if letting openly gay men in the military was going to cause some huge influx in gay sex taking place in the military.
No, not in the very least. See my response to Chiefs up above. Number one...just because DADT has been repealed, it doesn't mean that all whopping 3% or so that are gay will come out and declare they are gay. Not everyone in the military are walking/talking Fairwood Kings. But even if they did....we would be talking about 1 in 33. I have no problem with that....at all. But that leaves the other 97% of heterosexuals in their sexual prime working alongside of each other in life or death situations where teamwork is the ultimate in giving one the best chance to win. Love, lust, attraction, danger, fear, and a whole host of other emotions will run rampant with sexual tension running rampant. Romantic laiasons are fine after business hours. On the front lines, people live and work 24/7. Romantic laiasons bring along a pile of baggage as well. What are they gonna do? Ban relationships on the front lines? Really? I don't really know how anybody who remembers life in their early 20's and not equate problems...big problems in this scenario. In addition, it is a known fact that a great number of our men have developed severe...and I mean severe mental disorders from watching other human beings getting their brains splattered all over the concrete...or the jungles...or dirt whatever the case might be. As a result, suicides are at a record number. Assaults are at a record number. Now you throw into the equation available ***** that these crazies are exposed to, and wow....just wow. No, there is way more to it than women having the "liberty" of serving on the front line.

Dishonorable discharge. Again, though, why do you assume women would suddenly be overcome with a desire to have unprotected sex? You saying that the most disciplined people in America couldn't have the discipline to keep from getting pregnant ... galore?
Yes, that is what I am saying. Remember up above, we need to account for the worst case scenarios. These are young people that can die a horrible death...at any given moment. Women that are exposed to this each and every day...and have chosen to live in this environment, definitely have some screws loose. They really do. And as such, a much higher percentage than the overall population, these women won't remember to take their daily Premarin. And a higher percentage of guys won't care about unwanted pregnancies. And I don't buy the "most disciplined" nonsense either. The men also have screws loose in wanting to kill people whether it be in a war or not. If they were disciplined, they wouldn't have fallen for Uncle Sam's bullshit in the first place.

As much nurture as nature. A woman can have every bit of the emotional strength of a man.
Statistics say otherwise. Females and males are biologically different...not just for the human race, but for the vast majority of mammals on this planet.
Civilians can be trained to kill without hesitation or prejudice. You don't think they are trained to follow orders beyond a cultural construct?
No, I don't. I don't for one minute think that women can become the ruthless, cold blooded killers that the military is so wont to have. If I am wrong on this point...so be it.

All of these reasons are left grossly wanting. They're naive at best. Sexist at worst.
Apparently the grossly wanting, the naivety and the sexism are shared by the vast majority of Americans if you believe the validity of today's polls on the subject....A cross section of people I might add that have been responsible for legislation change throughout our society and culture for the betterment of female opportunity in America.

I'll read the above later this evening, perhaps.

As for online chess, where do you go to play? I've never done it. Again, I've only played once in over a decade, and I'm not sure there WAS an Internet chess site back then. ;)

    I'm game, though, I suppose.
