I voted for Gary Johnson because he was white. I don't see anything wrong with that.Raw Dawgin' it;1321372 wrote:Black person voting for Obama cause he's black, not racist. White person voting for Romney because he's white, racist! -

lol but it is how people think. No one calls a black person a racist when they openly admit they voted for obama because he's black, but i'd be called one for saying i voted for romney cause he's white.rmolin73;1321399 wrote:Anyone that thinks this way is an idiot! Now don't get me wrong there are a great deal of the voting public that do vote because of race. But to say one is racist one way or another is getting pretty ridiculous on both sides. -

Now, don't take this away from him. After being wrong on most everything going into the election, all he has any more is his belief that EVERY SINGLE person on food stamps is a democrat, while EVERY SINGLE person who has a job is a republican.ptown_trojans_1;1321081 wrote:Sooo, I wonder how many people in the South (R territory) are on foodstamps?
If you confront these views, he might actually try to think and his head will explode!!! -

In my opinion who really gives a rats behind? I think that people should be able to vote for whatever reason that there is. If people voted for Romney because he was white so be it. It's their right. I'm just glad the voted. But the people crying racism at every turn whether they are black or white are idiots. -

If Herman Cain, JC Watts, Allen West, Walter Williams or any other black conservative ran against name your white democrat. 90% of blacks that vote are going to vote for the white guy.rmolin73;1321626 wrote:In my opinion who really gives a rats behind? Jesse Jackson Jr. is looking at spending some time in federal prison. But who knows now that he has be diagnosed by the nationally renowned Mayo Clinic as mentally ill.rmolin73;1321749 wrote:JR fucked himself lol
But this brings up a greater point. How does a person who is under investigation for misusing campaign funds, derelict in his duties in the house since June of this year, diagnosed as bipolar, win an election to federal office while in the loony bin, and receive 80% of the vote. WTF??? Its like the twilight zone.
The 2nd Illinois congressional district is about 3/4 minority. Just over 60% black. Its not a racial thing as Jesse Jr's republican opponent was black as well. Issac Hayes his republican opponent seemed like reasonable guy. Dude could not even muster 14% of the vote. http://abclocal.go.com/wls/feature?section=news/politics/local_elections&id=7207979
Its like they have been brainwashed by the DNC. Both sides have strict party line voters but how in the hell do you get this loyal. 80%??? I can understand this percentage with a reasonable candidate. But voting party line with a dude with jr's credentials just boggles the mind. -

another great link by molin....The disappearing candidate
What the hell WAS Romney doing the last two weeks? He certainly wasn't taking Obama to task. The 3rd debate was pitiful. He needed to be out there hammering Obama on ObamaKare...the lack of transparency about Benghazi, and his leadership skills in dealing with/not dealing with the poor state of the economy. It's like he expected people to read between the lines...when he needed to come out an spell it clearly. Like O'Reilley...I'm terribly disappointed. -

Sad when politics has become so divided that the winning side enjoys watching the losers "wallow in it." There is something to be said about large swaths of voters voting just based on name recognition which is what I chalk a lot of this particular case up to. For instance, in Ohio, a lot of those Obama voters voted for "Kennedy" rather than Yvette McGee Brown in the Supreme Court race apparently because they saw the Kennedy name and presumed her to be the democrat/liberal. lol. -

It is natural for the selfish, greedy and intolerant naturally blame others for their problems. To see the election loss as a sign there is a problem with the American people, not as a failure and rejection of their ideology. And its is natural for others to see true justice in their comeuppance.WebFire;1322106 wrote:And that'd be a bad thing? -
