it mean a society where there is tolerance for long persecuted minorities, where there compassion and support for those Americans in need, where there is true chance a social mobility, where the threat of terrorism toward American citizens is no more that is what "better" means.

Obama gave me an economy that has prevented me from getting a pay increase for the past 4 years. He has given me higher insurance rates.

None of those have to be done with Obama's approach.

We just got word that another one of our clients is filing for bankruptcy and will cease operations. They can't compete with bigger companies that are able to spread their overhead costs over more employees and keep their individual rates down. That is 3 companies that are no longer in business in the past 3 months; we are expecting more to follow.

and none of them are done following the republican approach.

Not disagreeing. But you cannot use it as a definition for "better" if it is not exclusive to your POTUS's approach, or even relevant.

Obama didn't actually have to give away anything. All he had to do was promise to give away stuff, and at the same time not be a really rich guy (or pretend not to be one), and boom- ignorant schmoes like you more.

Or make claims the other side is going to take away stuff.

    This is what Romney said:
Young voters, Romney said, were motivated by the administration's plan for partial forgiveness of college loan interest, the extension of health coverage for students up to age 26 on their parents' insurance plans and free contraception coverage under Obama's healthcare plan, which he credited with ushering greater numbers of college-age women into Obama's coalition. The extended insurance coverage, in particular, was "a big gift to young people," he said, noting that they turned out as a "larger share in this election even than in 2008."
I did not get any of those things.

of course I can. In the world of the possible in our political system, the democratic party now lead by President Obama, our first African American President, is the only organized group with that has enough support to bring it about.

Why exactly do you deserve a raise? Did rolling dodgeballs out and telling teenage boys to "hit the shower" become more difficult the past couple years?
  • rmolin73
Hell I've received my yearly raise as well as 2 promotions in the past 4 years. It was based off of my hard work. Maybe some of you guys chose the wrong career path or you're not performing up to expectations. Just saying:D
