    It's EZ.
not everyone can get a Master's degree, pay at McD does not cover the basic needs for family, especially one with a single parent. And hopefully the government will continue to tax you to feed them.

Obviously you've never worked at my McDonald's. We pay a fair wage to our employees, which is slightly above minimum. If you can't support your family on that, then don't have kids. Personal responsibility is out the window in your liberal pipe dream.

That isn't my problem. That is THEIR problem.

Google "Personal accountability". You and your poor liberal friends could use some.

I can't do anything about your broken mind or your low salary. You can, though; that is if you ever decide to stop playing the victim and get a job like the rest of us.

I don't tell them to reproduce and support a family when they don't make enough salary. Personal accountability and responsibility. You and your liberal friends could use some.

And we do have a single mother who works for us. She was hired because she's a hard worker and will probably start her own franchise someday. Then she can pop out as many babies as she wants.

    Until then...

Ah, a limousine liberal. Such a fraud and a hypocrite, thankfully that only makes up 99% of the Democratic party and not 100%.

And checked a few things and found out that those nations with the more extensive welfare systems, more entitlements and a more progressive tax system are the ones that are more socially mobile, more opportunity to rise. Americawith attitudes like your is way down the opportunity list.

There is no where to rise to in a 'progressive' socialist society; you know that, I know that, we all know that. You and other proegressives (code word for marxists) want to live off other people's labors; that is abhorrent. You ought to be ashamed. If someone truly, truly needs help, tons of help is available; but 47 million Americans don't need help ---- most are mooching.

Gosh a ruddies. Nowhere did I say I want to sterilize the poor, I just want the poor not to be stupid.

The two aren't mutually exclusive however.

Otherwise it much like the experience of many people in college, finishing an advanced degree with the promise of greater reward in the near future.
And not much like the situation of the single parent families living in poverty today who are not finishing off a Master's degree.
The question was, was my socio-economic status at the time the same? Absolutely. I was in poverty, a family of four with an apartment, etc.

I am not talking about the college kid living at home or on campus where many things are taken care of for them.

Gosh a ruddies; let's label people R's and D's and only vote for R's and D's no matter the issue.

That sounds like a winning strategy isadore.

Well someone has to increase the standard of living for all Americans by taking a risk and earning a profit for their work.

If your world, we'd all get poorer and have a lower standard of living, but we'd all be equal. Sign me up!
