But actually if they get the underlings to buy the guns, we could probably create a federal program to fully fund their purchase. Because at the end of the day we have to help the little gangster compete since the evil kingpins are keeping all the dough. -

Phoenix was not the only place they were "selling" guns to Mexican drug lords. I heard today there have been operations out of Houston Dallas and Florida.
At least when Bush was doing this, as soon as the people got to our boarder, they were arrested, and not allowed to leave the Country.
