1964 NAACP Malcolm X ................. VOTE COLOR
Listen and learn.... Now if the black population would just listen and understand that the Democrat are using them .... Obama would have never been vote in to the Office of President and this incompetent communuty organizer would just be a senator at best. The Black population of America is wakening up and they are now seeing what the Democrat Party and the Leadership real is CHUMP... Malcolm X was right. Obama will be lucky to get 50% of the black vote in 2012...

I Wear PantsBelly, I think that less than 50% vote prediction is likely very far from reality. We'll see though.

bigdaddy2003Yeah Belly don't be silly. He may not get the 90 percent he received in 08 but he will still 80 something.
As for 2kool's question I have another answer. I really like Marco Rubio but he won't be on the ballot I am sure. -

I also see he's too clueless to understand that saying GWB is an idiot doesn't make it so, no matter how hard he cries.
And Nixon served something like six years before he resigned, so there were six PRETTY GOOD ECONOMIC YEARS that happened while he was in the White House.
KnightLiar won't talk about that, though, because it's logical, rational, reasonable and accurate -- as opposed to child-like name-calling.
Whinerbuckeye likes to ignore the fact that nixon rigged a presidential election and without a doubt was going to be impeached. all he can mention is his economic policy. fails to mention his secret wire taps. forgets the fact that the man was a liar and a cheat. but those types are his type of people. after all he is a fan of the cheating buckeyes. -

Black turn out will not be as high...
Uneployment rate is highter now in the black community and they know it ( broken hope and change ) ....
Blacks business owner are not supportive of Obama (National Black Chamer of Commerces)
Blacks in the military will not be as supportive
ACORN support gone
The Black population that vote in the 2012 election will be more in tone with their plight and not the historical event of a Black President..
My neighbor (Black) is retire ...... he will not be voting any Democrat in the 2012 election... He admits voting Obama because of color ..... never again he said.
Recent approval rating with blacks have dropped to 85% and projected another 5% in the following months

gutAwww, c'mon. If people were employed Obama wouldn't be able to buy their votes with handouts.

Dude, you should probably stick to sports. I'm not sure political discourse is really your forte.KnightRyder;835189 wrote:Whinerbuckeye likes to ignore the fact that nixon rigged a presidential election and without a doubt was going to be impeached. all he can mention is his economic policy. fails to mention his secret wire taps. forgets the fact that the man was a liar and a cheat. but those types are his type of people. after all he is a fan of the cheating buckeyes. -

You can separate it into categories of people who are officially running vs. completely hypothetical candidates if you'd like. I understand it's an "anyone but Obama," mode right now, but there has to be some sort of preference.
Chris Christie has been my #1 choice for quite some time. I would love to see him debate Barry.
Rick Perry is my current choice and it appears he will be getting in the fray soon.
Should Rick change his mind, out of the current crop I would likely hold my nose and vote for Romney.
Bachmann will not survive the media circus and rectal invasion, although I like to hear her passion.
Regarding Rubio, he has positioned himself quite well for the VP selection and he would be an awesome #2 on the ticket. -

All other things being equal, I prefer someone with some executive experience, but in the R field that leaves us with Romney, Huntsman, Pawlenty, and maybe I forgot someone. None of those three gives me any reason to be excited.
That leaves me with:
Herman Cain: I really like him and his views, but I think he's still a little too inexperienced in a lot of areas
Newt Gingrich: Somehow the 10% I disagree with him on outweighs the 90% I do agree with. I think he's really smart, but the proverbial foot has gone into his mouth too many times. Plus he looks like he wants to fight everyone. If conservatism is really so great, you should at least smile every once in awhile.
Michele Bachmann: She's intriguing to me right now. I dont' agree with everything she's said or done, but I like the fact that she leads from the front on some important issues, and doesn't apologize. And she doesn't go out of her way to bash other conservatives. Kind of reminds me of Reagan when it comes to leadership. RR didn't ride the winds of a conservative movement- he was out in front defining what was good about it. I still need to hear a lot more from her, however.
Any of the above > Obama -

I agree, I like Rick Perry, especially as someone with executive experience, but I have a feeling that his accent, and Texas background, will have the media foaming at the mouth calling him the next GW Bush, no matter how much he distances himself policy-wise. -

There isn't a Republican candidate the media won't go after with full gusto, so Perry better be ready. The bottom line for the MSM remains doing whatever is necessary to keep Barry on the job for four more years. They'll pull no punches... -

All valid points. I highlighted the Bachmann line because ANY of the Republican candidates had better pack a very large tube of KY jelly over the next year because the Obama butt buddies in the mainstream media will disparage, denigrate, half-truth, lie, and crucify the final challenger to their Appointed One's sham of a presidency.BGFalcons82;835448 wrote:Chris Christie has been my #1 choice for quite some time. I'm not sure he's in jeopardy, IMO only Romney could beat him......but I guess we'll see. I would love to know what classes he took at Occidental/Columbia/Harvard, and what his scores were, just out of morbid curiosity. -

Im sure they are not as high as his national budget numbers.
Wait, what? He has never made a budget? Oh.
If I would have spent money like he has, the last 2.5 years, i would have lost my house. But, he has no fear of losing his "house", for at least 1.5 more years. Must be nice. -
bigdaddy2003Manhattan, I think more than just Romney should be able to beat him but with our country you are probably right.

How many times does Christie have to say no for you people to understand he isn't running in any shape or form
Your only hope to beat President Obama(which most likely still won't happen) is to nominate Mitt Romney...but I'm sure you guys will figure out someway to screw it up and nominate Bachman
