This may be what they are talking about, but at the same time they are lowering the requirements for getting a FHA loan. You can now qualify for a FHA loan with a 500 credit score. You do have to have more of a down payment than the normal 3.5%, but still. It appears that they are just shifting the problem from agency to another while trying to look like they are making things better.

And that's fine. Just because someone makes a few good choices doesn't mean I'm voting for him. There's still the matter of an obscene Healthcare bill that he damn near had a bromance with.

Just because I don't believe in the guy doesn't mean I need to find a way to spin everything he does into a negative. As it currently stands, there are still too many problems with his track record for me to vote for him, but I'm not going to try to spin this into something I can't prove it to be. On its face, it damn-sure looks good. I'm waiting to watch it play out. If it comes to fruition, it will be a great thing. If not ... well ... then he was all talk, but let's be honest. He wouldn't be the first president who was all talk, now would he? Remember "Read my lips ..."

Nothing wrong with that, either. Regardless of his motives, if his actions benefit the country, I don't mind those actions, in and of themselves.
