Why can illegals sue Americans in court?

  IMHO the illegals who come here to work and find a better life are very different from the drug dealers. Somehow I doubt we are going to change each others opinion here. Pablo who wants to work at Wendy's in Columbus to support his family is very different from someone who is in a drug cartel and guns down a customs enforcement agent.

Stopping illegal’s will also lead to the decline of the drug cartel operations along the border, enforcing strong operations to stop the drug cartel will protect America citizen and decline the population of illegal’s into this country. ...the link

  No it won't Belly. Really the only thing that I could see stopping the drug cartels is legalizing and heavily regulating drugs and focusing more on prevention and rehabilitation than military like crackdowns of drug use. Of course I've said that many times before on here.
