Why is Hillary Clinton in New Guinea?

  • holdingout
Does anybody know what Hillary's doing in New Guinea?
  • believer
New Guinea is America's new strategic economic and military partner. Huge potential there. Besides, New Guinea is part of Hillary. She and Monica Lewinsky were roomies in college there many years ago.

Seems funny she was out of the country during mid term elections

Hillary is keeping as much distance away from Obama and the leftists Democrats as possible. When she announces her candidacy for presidency next year, she will play this game that she is a conservative and had no part in what Obama, Pelosi, Reid et al. where up to the past few years.

My stepfather has said this too. He's thought all along that she wants to run.

Let's see if it's right. I think it would be interesting.

I don't like the stable of republicans that will more than likely throw their hats in, except I'd vote for Palin :D
So, if I'm gonna vote for somebody, HillBill is somebody I would consider.

    Nope.
She is the Secretary of State and as such is always on the road. It is her job to travel around the globe and meet with allies to engage on diplomatic issues.
    It goes with the job.

^^^ I understand her job requirements. Don't doubt what I am saying about her re-branding come next year or so.

I don't see her running. She has stated many, many, many times she is exhausted and sees no real drive to upset the party and try and run.
While, it may be hard to believe her, in interviews, she speaks a lot about joining Bill at the Clinton Initiative in the near future. I could easily see her doing that after 2012.

New Guinea is famous for head hunters. Bill is there somewhere.

Because she is doing her job? Or, could it just be that she hates you and wanted to personally waste your tax dollars?

I got to see her when she was in Wellington last week! Whatever else you might think about her, i think she is a very, very solid diplomat.

I've always been of the thought that she's very shrewd, intelligent, and politically smart. I even think she's smarter than Bill.

IMO, she is definitely all of the above compared to Obama.

Sadly, at this point, i have to agree. Would definitely consider voting for her if she runs in 2012, though can't figure out if that is likely to happen or not.
