Fair enough. I just wanted to ensure you were consistent and sounds like you would have supported those lefties in 2006-2007.
I disagree with your argument, but I do find it interesting and intriguing. -
Ty WebbHis belief can't be correct because it's not a vaild arguement.....we have to have a President to make the governement work....it's simple logic
I would be willing to bet everything I own that had John McCain won the election,Belly would be making 0% of the statements he is making right now.
Where in any of my posts on this thread have I mentioned anything about President Bush and things still being his fault??
Once again Belly....he is your President, and you have to do what he says or you go to prison, and there isn't a damned thing you can do about it! -

That's not really true. He can't take away anyone's rights. For example, if they wanted to burn the Koran, there's nothing he could do to stop them. -

* You can have your President and he can continue to be a failure, sitting in the White House, he is what you wanted you got him…. With all the fraud, lying and incompetency he is your guy …but NOT MY PRESIDENT
* He does not have the standard, value, moral, and leadership qualities that I expect maybe even America expected and past President have demonstrated …he a community organizer half ass Public Servant.
* Note: Our system of government with three ……. Three branches will not crumb … The system is design to support each branch….
I would be willing to bet everything I own that had John McCain won the election,Belly would be making 0% of the statements he is making right now.
* If John McCain would be pulling the shit that Obama is, as incompetent as Obama and disrespecting of the Constitution of the United State I would be all over his ass. Because McCain is a Vietnam Veteran I would expect more and demand greater from him…
Where in any of my posts on this thread have I mentioned anything about President Bush and things still being his fault??
*You’ll not the only one making comments ..On this Thread…
Once again Belly....he is your President, and you have to do what he says or you go to prison, and there isn't a damned thing you can do about it!
* If that the type of fear you live with …and the submissiveness ….no wonder you need someone to tell you want to do and think.. you need more that a President -
Ty WebbPlease show me where President Obama is a liar,a fraud,or incompetent. He has done exactly what he said he was going to do during his campaign.
You go right on ahead and break the laws that he has signed and enforces and you get yourself sent right to prison. Please explain how if I follow the law I am submissive and live in fear? I would like to here that one
Your statement about McCain is complete BS too. You would be for every single decision he made, even if he had made every decision President Obama has.
You know...Belly is awful proud to refer to President Obama as half ass community organizer Public Servant Obama.. maybe he should start refering to Bush as Drunk,Druggie,AWOL Half Ass Public Servant Bush? -
Prescott
Below is a short list of lies. Please show me where President Obama is a liar,
* During the presidential campaign Obama criticized the presence of former lobbyists in the Bush administration and solemnly assured us that he would appoint no lobbyists to his administration; but once elected he proceeded to appoint even more lobbyists than his predecessors.
* When campaigning Obama criticized bills before the congress that were too long for anyone to be able to read and promised to stop that; but the bills he has been backing throughout his first year are infinitely longer (2000+ pages) than the ones he criticized.
* Candidate Obama promised an end to the corruption of earmarks and pork, but in the bills he has supported this year there have been more and bigger earmarks than ever before.
* Candidate Obama promised that he would make sure that there was always enough time for the public to read legislation before it was enacted; but he has done exactly the opposite, repeatedly pressing for even faster passage of even longer bills.
* Obama claimed that Caterpillar’s CEO had told him that Caterpillar would begin hiring again as a result of the stimulus bill; but that individual immediately announced that he had said no such thing, and that Caterpillar would in fact be laying off more workers.
*Obama promised to reduce bills rushed through Congress and to the president before the public has the opportunity to review them, Obama "will not sign any non-emergency bill without giving the American public an opportunity to review and comment on the White House website for five days."
"I can make a firm pledge. Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes."
*To achieve health care reform, "I'm going to have all the negotiations around a big table. We'll have doctors and nurses and hospital administrators. Insurance companies, drug companies -- they'll get a seat at the table, they just won't be able to buy every chair. But what we will do is, we'll have the negotiations televised on C-SPAN -
Ty WebbThose are not lies....those are instances in which the right was looking for a reason to fuck with him and that brought those out and tried to pass those off as "lies"

PrescottYou can spin it anyway you want, but those are lies. The facts are there for all to see.
The man lied during the campaign and continues to lie. He is what he is, a pragmatic politician who will say whatever is necessary to achieve his goal.
Here is another lie made by Mr.Obama.
"I cannot guarantee that it is going to be in the first 100 days. But what I can guarantee is that we will have in the first year an immigration bill that I strongly support and that I'm promoting. And I want to move that forward as quickly as possible." -

20 months ....20 months ..... This is not about McCain or Bush Bush is NOT President McCain is NOT President
This is about Obama OBAMA go out site an look at the rear bumper OBAMA
Stick to the subject matter ...just calling out .. "Those are lies " does not win favor nor justifies your stand.
Go to work tonight talk to the other Union members on third shift comeback and spew what they feed you. That why you pay Union dues so others can think for you. Few beers, some wooden pallets, 55 gallon drum, camping out with the other children ... HAVE A MEETING.... With the way things are going you should be stand outside by December, then and only then will you start to rethink …who, what and why am I here now. -

Economic team bailing out …
With the on going departure of the Council of Economic top personal, Peter Orszag and the chief of the Council of Economic Advisers, Christina Romer and now Lawrence Summers, director of the National Economic Council make you wonder.
My personal opinion is they are saving their asses, taking the quickest road out of the Obama agenda and protecting their careers. They see the hand writing on the wall of the Obama Economic Failure and the lingering effect on America future. When will many of you Democrat Liberal Socialist Obama Nose Ring Supporter wake up…. These ass holes are running for cover ……….. They are going back to their careers in hope people will forget them and the failure they supported.

Again, he is not bailing. He is going to run for Mayor of Chicago, an apparent life long dream. Completely different than bailing. Kind of hard to run for mayor when you are Chief of Staff. What do you expect him to do, stay? That makes no sense. -

Shouldn't be any harder than a senator running for President (an infinitely more important job). -

That explains one what about..... Peter Orszag and the chief of the Council of Economic Advisers, Christina Romer and now Lawrence Summers, director of the National Economic Council seems to me this is surprising events that they all have aspiration of a career someplace else ….. I think it more like saving their careers... -

Agreed. Now, hopefully the replacement is better. I'm hoping its not an insider like Jarret or Gibbs.CenterBHSFan;499979 wrote:Good riddance to bad rubbish!
I still say it is the typical timeline of people getting burnt out. It is the usual time senior people rotate in and out of the White House. Maybe it was policy differences, but for Orszag, he stayed the usual time for an OMB director (look it up). Romer, maybe it was policy differences and Summers, people have been talking about him leaving to go back for Harvard since the summer. Apparently, he has always like Harvard more than government.Belly35;499990 wrote:That explains one what about..... It is quick and easy to say, ah look its the failed policies, but you have to look at the overall picture and the typical cycle of people coming in and out of the White House. -

Let's hope that those two guttersnipes/stupidasses/dirtyratbastards don't even cross his mind.
If he by any chance DOES replace Rahm with one of those two jackasses, I will officially and gladly take up Belly's stance and claim no ownership and great detatchment (more than I've already got) to President Obama. -

.........One voice at a time....... -
Belly35Deputy National Security Adviser Tom Donilon, Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle, CIA Director Leon Panetta
Which one will it be ... Obama will not go outside that would be to much of a mix up ....someone inside will get the call.... -

I could live with one of those. Although, I'd want to know who would replace Donilon and Panetta in the national security circles. -
Ty WebbLooking like it will be Jesse Jackson Jr,Daschle,or Pete Rouse(who will serve in the interim)

Jackson Jr.? Really? What qualifications does he have to be Chief? And who is saying that?
I really hope its not Rouse, he is a political hack. -
fish82I'd be surprised if it was Jesse Jr., considering he just got busted banging someone not named Mrs. Jesse Jr.
