It'd be nicer if you would just let go of your emotional connectedness to your belief that abortion is immoral and accept the inconsistency of your views on the inviolability of personal property. I have seen you argue to death that business owners should able to have smoking on their property if they want but yet it's justified to force me to have a human being grow in me?

It is not true that a woman has consented to the foreseeable consequence of pregnancy when she consents to fuck. This is undoubtedly true but you will refuse to see. If it's true that she's consented to this foreseeable consequence....people who drive consent to the foreseeable consequence of getting injured in an auto accident....people who go on a blind date consent to the foreseeable consequence that their date's an axe murderer etc.

But nonetheless....it doesn't matter....even if she still at one point consented....the baby can still be a trespasser because the status of a person on another's property depends in part on the state of mind of the person holding title to the personal property...

Personal property is always inviolable we hear from conservatives....you can't deprive me of my personal property without due process of law....stop regulating, taxing and invading my property.

I could say "Knock me up mister" and desire to be pregnant and say "yes fetus, you can grow inside of me and consume half of my nutrients" and then in the next day decide "fetus, I don't want you growing in me anymore, you're no longer allowed in my private property" just like I can willingly invite someone over to my house and then decide in the next breath that they're not allowed in my house.

it is my property and I'm the title holder and I can decide who stays in it. I can have a loved one, a gf, and decide I know longer want her in my house and call the police and have her forcibly removed. It is not my problem but a consequence of insufficient modern technology that doesn't allow me to forcibly remove a fetus from my property and have it not die.

And it makes no difference if I put it there...I can bring a bum into my house and promise him food and water and in the very next breath throw him in the street to die.

Just another example of modern contradictory conservatism that has invaded the well-meaning philosophy....people can't leech off my property against my will unless it's my most intimate and special personal property that (if reason were any guide) would be the most unjustified to be leeched on.
