Apparently those who live under sea level in a known area susceptible to flooding like New Orleans or the Mississippi River flood region can get aid, but those living in the middle of nowhere are not eligible. Must not be enough money left after the Katrina give away. These people had no warning unlike the 4 days of constant warnings in New Orleans. When will the celebrities get together and host a live telethon to help this devastated area? I rarely post on this forum, but this decision is pathetic.
