Jesse Jackson outdoes himself, somehow
-
JoeA1010If it were possible to further prove what a buffoon and racist he is, Jackson is now claiming that any black person who does not vote for the government health care takeover is not fit to call himself black.
Apparently Jesse Jackson has declared himself the gatekeeper of entry into the black race.

redstreak oneWho is this Jesse Jackson of which you speak?
-
ernest_t_bassHey Jesse... A black man is president... the highest office in the country. You lose.
-
CenterBHSFanI'd like to see a fist fight between Jesse Jackson and Rev. David Manning!
Who wit me? -
cbus4lifeI would like to see a fight between Jesse Jackson and a polar bear.
-
Thunder70Jesse Jackson vs. Chuck Norris with special guest referee Nick Mangold.

ernest_t_bass
The referee would have to be black, and the panel of judges would have to be black.THUNDER70 wrote: Jesse Jackson vs. Chuck Norris with special guest referee Nick Mangold. -
bigdaddy2003People like Jackson and Sharpton just need to go away.
-
NateThe 1950's are calling. They want your act back.

CenterBHSFanKeebler, wrong.
Men like Jackson, Sharpton, and even Manning - all they do is ensure that a racial divide will never leave us. -

I think they are the only ones still talking about it.CenterBHSFan wrote: Keebler, wrong.

If you listened to Rush Limbaugh on a daily basis, you would probably hate Black people. Just sayin.CenterBHSFan wrote: Keebler, wrong.

I understand that Rush is now spewing that Gallup is double counting Black people to artificially inflate Obama's popularity numbers.
When questioned about these allegations, he has nary a source. Too bad he doesn't post here. He would be banned for stating unsourced material. -
WriterbuckeyeSo how did this go from Jackson to Limbaugh?
Not defending Limbaugh here (don't like him, don't listen to him), but let's keep to discussing the racist at hand.
Jesse and his ilk are all about the benjamins. This makes them a nice living, so they have to keep it alive. -
Upper90I was told that I was the gatekeeper of the black race.
Now I'm just angry. -
bigdaddy2003These threads are so wore out. I think we need to junk the politics forum. We can't have discussions about anything. This thread is about Jesse Jackson and someone brings Rush Limbaugh into it.

I responded in kind to BSF's post with her inclusion of Sharpton and Manning being responsible for the continuation of racism in our country.
So somehow I am the bad guy for injecting some balance in the thread?
My opinion is that both Jackson and Limbaugh are racists. Maybe you don't agree with that. That's cool.
If you don't like reading dissenting views, whether it be what festers racism in this country, or other issues, then maybe you shouldn't be reading and posting on political boards.
Not everybody is going to agree with you and not everybody is going to agree with me.

And the continuous race baiting by Limbaugh doesn't add any benjamins to his own bank account?Writerbuckeye wrote: So how did this go from Jackson to Limbaugh?

bigdaddy2003I understand people aren't going to agree on everything but it just seems like we never get anywhere on any of these issues lol. It carried over from jj's site.

cbus4lifeWhy you guys even care about him, i have no idea.
I don't even know any liberals who take him seriously.
He is so far on the fringe he's about to fall off the edge of the earth. -
unique_67Other than Jesse Jackson himself, I believe one would be hard pressed to find people who actually believe he is in any way concerned with "civil rights", or that take much of anything he says as being even a slight bit important.
