Birthers in Arizona have demanded that President Obama produce a birth certificate, and Arizona House Republicans are crafting legislature to ensure that President Obama produces the document, or at least future presidential candidates will have to prove their citizenship. They aren’t the only ones either. Five additional states are working on similar legislative bills.
