They
will have a session following the sign ups. They
WILL NOT meet this Thursday. However, they will meet the following Tuesday and Thursday. You may sign up at any session the month of April.
The Power Wrestling Club will begin its Freestyle and Greco Roman Wrestling Club on March 30th. Head Olentangy Liberty coach Mark Marinelli will be lead technician with Penn Sate All-American James Younoshonis assisting. West Central Wrestling Club hosted by West Jefferson High School
All club wrestlers are reminded to
be at the West Jefferson wrestling room by 5:45pm on Tuesday, March 30th to begin club training. (psst… that’s today.)
The wrestling room building is located behind the high school and in front of the football field. Enter the parking lot to the west of the HS building.
Lance Palmer will train/condition and coach the West Central Wrestling Club this off-season. You will train 2 days per week from March 30th-June 15th. Forms may be downloaded at the below link. Download in landscape format.

The Vengeance Wrestling Club, hosted by Big Walnut and Delaware Hayes High Schools,
will begin on April 13th and
will run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays through May 26th.
Tuesday nights will be held at Hayes High School in Delaware
Wednesdays will be at Big Walnut High School in Sunbury.
Both nights will run from 6-8 PM.
The cost of the club is $75 which will include club shirt and shorts, top level clinicians, and opportunities to wrestle at the Ohio Duals and Disney Duals.

DeSales and Hilliard Davidson are also running a Spring Club. I’ll have to find my flyer on it though. I know for sure that it will run on Tuesday and Thursday nights though.

The DeSales/Davidson Wrestling Club will focus on Folk style and Freestyle techniques throughout the club. Live wrestling will take place each practice. Live wrestling participation is encouraged but will be optional. Also information on spring/summer wrestling tournaments will be handed out and discussed.
The mission of the DeSales/Davidson Wrestling Club is to offer the best competition and knowledge to help every wrestler achieve their goals. We want to create a workout environment that is fun and exciting for wrestlers of all age and experience levels.
