Falcon, you should put this on a bumper sticker. One the best posts I've ever read! I say state. I think its a regional thing. I work on the west side of Cleveland and everyone I come across says states. To each their own. Although it drives me nuts! Not as bad as those who say "I'm going for first and second" or third/forth. I don't know anyone who "goes" for second or forth. You "go" for first and third. If you fail you get second or forth.
