Tech fall declared when one wrestler is ahead by 10 or more points.

Open to wrestlers junior high and younger from all over. This will be well attended by kids from all of the Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference schools, and we have commitments from several area clubs from outside the MOAC, so everyone should get plenty of great competition. Please DO NOT CALL TO ASK how many kids I expect to be in a particular bracket. That is impossible to tell, since most of the entries will be walk-ins the day of the tournament. However, I have good reason to believe that most brackets will be well populated - the pre-registrations are well ahead of the same time last year.

I will be unable to take phone calls about this tournament during the day on Saturday, February 13 because I will be extremely busy with the MOAC high school tournament. For the same reason I may be a little slow in responding to E-mails that day. Please try to take care of correspondence related to this tournament BEFORE the day before the tournament, if possible.

Just thought I'd move this one back to the top so you don't forget about it. I've received quite a few more advance registrations and commitments from a couple more clubs.

I am being deluged by advance registrations. I've lost count and have fallen behind on acknowledging receiving them, but it is several dozen and many more expected based on phone calls and E-mails. Knowing that most of the entries will still be walk-ins the day of the tournament, I think we can expect in excess of 200 wrestlers. All brackets will be round robin. We will separate by weight into 5 and 6 man brackets.

We will have lots of volunteers to keep the tournament moving, four full mats (may split one at the beginning for some of the little kids), six lixensed officials.
