It lived up to the hype. Both teams did some juggling with their lineups.
Please let me know if I list an incorrect name for a bout.

Wow...what a match! What was the score of the 215 (last) match? Was the Marysville kid ever in danger of being pinned in that match?

This is what Dual meet wrestling is all about! Lots of close matches, or matches with guys fighting for bonus points. Coaches moving line-ups around due to injury or strategy. Obviously it is alot easier to say it is fun when you come up on the winning side of the dual meet but all in all it was a great enviornment for wrestling. It reminded me of what Marysville vs. Mt. Vernon used to be when it was always the last match of the year and the league title was on the line. Hopefully the Marysville Olentangy match can continue to develp in that direction. It kind of makes me wish it was the last dual of the OCC season.
Good luck to the Olentangy wrestlers as the prepare of the post-season, represent Central Ohio well in Division 2 this year.

As a coach I have to say it was a total team effort in the win, I am hugley proud of all of our guys but espeically Logan Burns, Morgan Miller, and Austin Rine. The last three matches of the night being two freshman and a sophmore and the pressure didn't seem to phase them one bit!

I really cant believe the 140 result. I figured that would be closer.

was it, or did the kid just get caught?

No idea. Its the same thing im wondering. But if im not mistaken is this Bass' first time at 140 this year? That may have played a part in it.

    1. Bass did get "caught" but not trying to minimize Yant's accomplishment because....
    2. Yant's did beat Tyler at Mason 15 - 10 last week however....
    3. Tyler usually kicks it into gear right about now and peaks at the district tournament. (Right when you want to peak)
