    That coach loves that kid like his own son. The kid got the message and finished 3rd.

    I love my kids and they seem to love to wrestle for me. Ask that young man and he will tell you how we feel about each other. Do your job work hard and don't back down win or loose and it is all good.

    Ive witnessed that coach as well...and I also say WOW! Every year his kids come to wrestle, have fun, and in many cases over achieve because of the passion the coach brings to the sport and the way he pushes them to be their best.

    I hope I am reading the post by WGBplayer wrong and that it isnt criticism of Coach Yinger.

    I can honestly say that I don't know how I'd feel about him as a coach. I'm sure he deeply cares about his kids but I from what I saw I feel he toes the line sometimes of acceptable behavior or what I'd like to see from a coach if he were coaching my kid. As a referee, he's a major pain in the butt. But what coach isn't. :)

    WGB player very interesting may shed some light on some things. Ksig thanks for the comments. I am tough but do love my kids and only want the best for them. As you always do with your great program. Best of luck to all.
