State Duals Div. 2 Pound Allowance?

  Since Graham Has a dual meet on saturday then does that mean for the state duals on sunday there will be a pound allowance for the rest of the teams?:huh:

  Graham will clearly be exhausted by this dual meet. I smell an upset, better lookout for West Branch!

  i was told that there will be a two pound allowance for div. 2 state duals for sunday. can anyone let me know if it is true or not?
