Open Mats at Hilliard Darby

  Open mats at Hilliard Darby will begin tonight at 6pm. Darby will host open mats every Monday night. The session will go to about 7:30pm. The format will include a warm-up, a 20 minute drill, and live.
  
  Anyone is welcome, but if you are a lightweight or heavyweight, then you may want to bring a partner, just in case.
  
  Coaches will be available to roll with and go over any situation that may be giving any wrestler issues.
