Spring 2016
Central Ohio Competition Nights
The goal of Competition Nights is to get all of Central Ohio’s best and most dedicated wrestlers into one room for an evening of hard drilling and live wrestling where all involved gain experience and hone their wrestling skills. Competition Nights are free and geared toward high school level competition (but elite middle schoolers ready for that level of competition will not be turned away). At 6pm, host site coaches lead wrestlers through a proper warm-up, a short drill session, and a series of live wrestling situations. This spring’s sites are as follows:
Thursday April 7, 2016. Delaware Hayes High School. 6-8pm. (122 wrestlers!)
Wednesday April 20, 2016. Olentangy High School. 6-8pm.
