District workout @ Whitehall

  Whitehall will host open workouts Monday - Wednesday this week for Districts. The workout will start at 4pm in the wrestling room. Park in the rear of the building and enter the wrestling room from the northwest corner. We qualified 106-138 and 285. We have an alternate @220 too. Come out to get a great workout in.

  Great room, seemed like a lot of quality light weights in there, I know my 2 big boys got a great workout too. Good luck to everyone this weekend.
