Preseason Wrestling Technique Camp
Delaware Hayes High School Wrestling Room
October 28 & 29, 2015, 6-8pm
This technique camp is designed for all wrestlers K-8 who want to start their 2015-2016 training early to gain an edge on their competition. The camp will be directed by Delaware Dempsey MS's head coach Mark Rieman (2x OCC champions, 2014 CDWCA MS Coach-of-the-Year), his staff, and the Hayes HS wrestlers. Wrestlers will be divided into groups according to experience and age-beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Younger and less-experienced wrestlers will work on learning the basics of the sport; intermediate wrestlers will work on polishing their fundamentals; while older, more-experienced wrestlers will focus on advanced maneuvers and techniques.
The $30 entry fee for this camp includes both nights of instruction and the entry fee for the 2015 Delaware Preseason Halloween Wrestling Tournament, which will be held on Saturday Oct. 31 in the Hayes High School main gym. All camp sessions will be run in the Hayes HS wrestling room or Auxiliary Gym.
