  2012 Belarus Olympic Head Wrestling Team Coach.

  Sergei Kitaev has won numerous International wrestling competitions including being a 2X National Champion while in Russia.

  YOUTH / MIDDLE SCHOOL TRAINING

  Dates: February 1st Thru March 11[SUP]th[/SUP] When: Sunday, Monday and Wednesdays
  

  Time: Sun 3:30-5:00 PM M/W 6:30 – 8:30 PM

  Location: Worthington Kilbourne High School, 1499 Hard Rd, Columbus, Ohio

  Cost: $50 (maximum $75 per family) Checks payable to CWC

  What to wear: T-shirt, gym shorts, head gear, wrestling shoes

  Kitaev is awesome. You'd be crazy to pass up this opportunity.
  
  He is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of wrestling, but what he can do to teach your kid upper body stuff is beyond what anyone else in Central ohio can offer.
  
  To me there are few things more helpless than a kid who can only shoot being down by 4 with less than :30 left. He knows he needs to shoot, his dad knows he needs to shoot, and his opponent knows he needs to shoot. Don't be that dad. Add some upper body stuff to your kid's arsenal.

  Sergei is great! I remember training with him in an old auto mechanics garage off of Williams road when I was a freshman and sophomore. There was a big difference in my technique after training with him. Shows some great stuff. Don't pass this up!
