  HERO Wrestling (Portland, OR) is developing a post-match recovery protein bar specifically formulated to meet the specific needs of wrestlers - athletes who have to wrestle (no puns intended) with straining conditions such as rapid weight lost and dehydration. We want input from the wrestling community - parents, coaches, and former wrestlers - as to what the ideal formulation for such a protein bar must be.
