  U.S. Olympian Ken Chertow's fall Weekend Warrior Camps begin October 4-5 at the Home Training Center in State College, PA. Wrestlers of all ages and skill levels are welcome to attend. There are also significant group discounts available for early enrollment. Many wrestlers travel from out of state to train with Coach Chertow. Don't miss this awesome opportunity to receive personalized instruction and timely motivation.

  Saturday
  2 - 3 PM: Check in
  3 - 4:30 PM: Session 1
  4:30 - 6 PM: Session 2
  6 - 7 PM: Dinner
  7 - 8:30 PM: Session 3
  
  Sunday
  9 AM: Check in
  9:30 -11 AM: Session 4
  11-12:30 PM: Session 5
  12:30-1:30 PM: Lunch
  1:30-3 PM: Session 6
  
  Wrestlers are encouraged to attend both days or we can pro-rate your fee for one day.
