  Whitehall has open mats every Sunday @ 5pm. wrestling room is in the back.
  Lots of different weights show up. There is a wide variety of talent there. State qualifiers, college guys on break, and your average Joe. Coach Pennington and coach Jake run a very intense workout!! Always top notch.
