Summer Program Overview
This program of instruction will focus on fundamental wrestling positions and advanced level techniques. Each session will include stretching, gymnastics, strength building, and conditioning. Wrestling instruction will consist of situation wrestling and live drills to provide exposure to a variety of Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco-Roman techniques.
Club activities: Ohio State Fair tournament, Crew Soccer match, Ashland competition Camp, Host for Belarus Wrestlers visiting U.S.A.
Summer Dates – June 9,12,16,19,23,26,30 July 3,7,10,14,17,21,24,28,31
Practice Times – 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Location - Worthington Kilbourne H.S. 1499 Hard Rd. Columbus, OH 43235
Cost - $125.00 (16 workout sessions, $10 off 2014 Commitment Summer Camps)
All Wrestlers are required to have a current USA Wrestling card. Summer programs requires at least a (Limited Membership card $15.00 )

Training Philosophy - To incorporate a balance of wrestling activities and conditioning to improve quickness, power, endurance, and functional flexibility. Systematic teaching of advanced level techniques and drills to increase scoring opportunities, timing and reaction.
