Blast82.5Absolutely ... strength training is absolutely safe for kids of all ages, when proper technique is taught / learned. There are "right ways" of training, even for children, and even with lifts traditionally thought of as "heavy" like squat, bench, power cleans, etc. Once they build the foundation, watch their strength take off!
