I received the following information a few minutes ago from Ferrum College head wrestling coach Nate Yetzer: "The Ferrum College coaching staff will be visiting Mansfield, Ohio and Madison Comp High School for a clinic on Saturday, October 19th. The cost will $5.00 and will run from 5:00-6:30 pm with plenty of live wrestling. I will be the clinician and will be structuring the workout."
Coach Yetzer was an assistant at Virginia Tech for six years before taking over the Ferrum College program. Ohio wrestling fans will remember Nate as a Division I state champion for Madison in high school and winner of All-American honors in USA Wrestling Junior freestyle and greco-roman wrestling five times. Nate was also a Division I All-American wrestler at NCAA Division I Edinboro University. He served as an assistant coach for four years for the Ohio Junior National Team and was a clinician at the Bruce Baumgartner World-Class Wrestling Camps in Edinboro, Pennsylvania for four years.
