This camp will focus highly on technique, takedowns and setups that win matches. The camp will also cover hard hand fighting and live wrestling. My goal for this camp is to teach your child how to hand fight and set up their shots which is the most important thing a wrestler can learn. 13 sessions for $150 !
*Erik Burnett and Nico Megaludis* may be running a day of the camp.
Campers need to bring a lunch, dinner, fluids and extra work out gear for each session!!
