We are having our Attack System Small Group Training program again in January.
There are only a few openings left in this program.
Times: 7:30 - 9:00 PM on Mondays
Dates: January 4, 11, 18, 25
Cost: $120 per athlete
Location: Home Training Facility in Reynoldsburg.
Each athlete will receive a shirt or shorts, whichever we are giving away this month.
We are looking for athletes in High School and Junior High, in the 125 lb - 215 lb weight classes. Athletes need to be advanced, and mature enough to handle instruction and tough training.

Online Signup is available, and it is advisable to utilize this to hold your spot. We only take around 10 athletes per group, so each athlete will get a lot more personal instruction.
